Her voice sounds like some kind of small monkey, or Pink Girl from Kill la Kill, so she has to be a jerk.
Because Tiny (I won’t call her Monkey, we already have a Gorilla) is a jerk, the name of the game is “Force Sexual Information onto her and Make Her Join Your Terrorist Organization.” But more damningly and importantly, Class President Anna has a stalker.

At least we can hope the two plots come together in the end. For now, MC is blackmailed into helping Tiny with her romantic aspirations.

MC Girl’s already come to the conclusion that Tiny is sending all this freaky-ass stuff to Anna because she doesn’t know how to express herself like a normal human being, because nobody does anymore.

The student council cracks a plan to catch the evil stalker over the weekend with a fake date. All they have to do to check Girl MC's hunch is to wait...
Tiny wants to catch the stalker, too. Tiny’s desires stem from the fact that Anna is the first person she has ever wanted to draw, but without truly knowing her, she can never quite capture the spark she needs...but alas, she cannot emote anything properly OUTSIDE of her art...thus her need for blackmail. So without that last piece there, that’s a pretty sound, pretty sad story. Also the Ragin’ Stalker shows up.
