1. Smith, as a federal agent of the law, decided ‘the best way to solve this situation as an adult with three young women of a different species is to skip over talking it out, but to fire tranqs at them’
2. There’s a large gap between where the girls are standing/flying and where she shot dead-on
3. If she really was trying to shoot them, she’s treating them like actual animals and is disgusting
4. If she was firing warning shots, she’d probably hit someone ELSE down the road
5. She did this on purpose, guys
6. You can’t screw up that badly on accident
7. She’s still got it bad for MC
8. She wants to squeeze his heart in her hands personally
9. She’s evil and must be stopped at all costs

Anyways, the next point of interest: He’s being used like the princess of some 1500’s nation for political maneuvering. If he marries one of the girls, then something something better world for all.
