Gakkou Gurashi! Episode 6: Graduation Album – Beeble Reviews

Alright, so this one takes place before episode 1, but after the flashback episodes, but before everybody dies, but after the creation of the universe, somebody stop me if I’m wrong. oh gosh I forgot how gross the theme song sounds.

Bookie’s new home is at school with the other School-Galz.

And one asshole dog.

Madoka goes around leading Bookie to all the cool rooms in school, but Madoka’s still hallucinating...so she does more of her thing and whatnot...since we’re still not allowed to have an episode without a heavy cuteness factor and just having young female virgins isn’t enough for the fans with deep pockets.

Put a couple of baby chickens in her hands and you’ve got yourself a mint.

Bookie however refuses to give into the moeness. She doesn’t believe in the Sensei! So this prompts the other two to give crucial plot details concerning her.

Well see, there she is! She was up on/under the rooftop garden all along!

But now, there’s a problem with this episode, depending on how you wanna see it. This whole half is devoted to saying ‘the girl thinks she has a normal life still.’ But we already knew all about that, and knew it was supposed to be sad, and it’s fucked up and everything. They had to teach it to the new blood, but it’s still something we don’t need to have in words since it’s been so well-established through images already.

Anyways...

......aaaaand I skip until the end of the montage music!

And they had a really great day, and Bookie got to know the cast and crew, and she and Madds are the best of friends sort of. What a good time!

*Cue audience applause, laughter*

I mean we could have learned this from the look, but that's fine too

*Audience applause, cheers, Full House credits*

And then the flashback arc ends on a bittersweet little note! Now, we get to see how their little house of cards falls over over the second half of the series, I’m betting! Which means that we’re more likely to get a happy ending instead with my track record. Aw shucks. (Or that we’re still making our way up to the first and second episodes on the timeline. Shit.)
