Ushio and Tora Episode 10: The House where the Child Lives - Bobble Reviews

My relentless and neverending game of catch-up continues with Ushio and Tora. (Yeah uh, next season I'll try to seriously curb the amount of series I do regularly.)

Back to the Plot Zone!

There's a hot girl singin' in the hot springs and Ushio is, like, totally peepin', but it was an accident. She's so meek that she apologizes for stuff she didn't even do. Wild!

This hottie lives in an abusive household with parents that aren't her real parents. She spends all her time being sickly indoors and tending to the family fortune-bringing god.

At least wait until the end of the episode! Gosh!

And though the house god may be trapped against her will for now, she gets the feeling that a certain boy and South American Street Fighter character will come to her rescue...

(probably because she watches regularly)

White-Hair Hottiebabe Saya goes for a walk outside, even though she's sickly. Luckily, Ushio is there to cross her path and save her from

A HUGE JEEP!? NO

He is a good conversationalist.

But don't forget! Saya's rotting old corpse-parents are rich and evil!

Rich...

...evil!

"THEY'RE SO FREAKING EVIL!!"

The house god who's giving the old people fortune and prosperity is being imprisoned by a seal that only Ushio's spear can break. So there's a seal. Okay, that's bad, because we don't like the old people. But if the seal is destroyed, the god it's sealing will also probably die.

Wait, that's still good, because we don't like the old people.

Wait, that's bad, because we want most things to live.

Oh yeah that's superbad, because everyone inside will probably become homeless and/or die!
NO.

Okay that's good too.

Then: a weak explosion.

*piff*

WWWOWOAOOAOAOOAOAOOAAH

Ushio did it! He destroyed the seal! The house collapsed in a tornado-slash-eruption, thus injuring nobody at all. And best of all, Tora slapped his body over the house god, allowing her to survive and take to the sky. Happy endings... . .  .   .

What's the only thing left unresolved? Since the mass destruction that everybody just endured left the elders unscathed, are we gonna get all the locals to gang up, get in a circle and kick them? No? Aw, that's a shame. Well, the only thing left to address...is da romance.

"Now that's the kind of anime stereotype woman I like!"
